I've just finished the hundred year old man who climbed out of the window and disappeared (which was good though it took a while to get into and a tad too long for me but quite funny at times!) and am looking for a new book to get into.....
ReplyDeleteWell, I loved White Teeth and found On Beauty and Autograph Man dull. But I rate NW as her best novel and one of my favourite novels now. It's a very "London" book. My husband, who is an avid devourer of contemporary literary fiction, really loved it too.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm with you on White Teeth (loved it), On Beauty and Autograph Man (not so much). NW is going on my list... I just finished "the fault in our stars" by John Green that I loved even though it has a very sad plot line...
